Since Highschool when i was just doodling art and not serious about it I followed and still do this artist called Philip M. Jackson. An artist overseas he had his on site called http://www.collectedcurios.com/index.html which was his personal website. Within the website he has a section called "Sequential Art" where it follows the story of Art and his roommates and all there crazy adventures.
Following a simple four panel skit updated periodically, each strip uploaded gives a humorous take on day to day problems each with a punchline that the end.
However, ever once and a while, Jack throughs a curve ball and takes a direction for the absurd in a very hilarious way.
I recommend you check out some of his stuff if you want a good laugh.
